摘要
教师是教育发展的关键,教师的发展离不开教师培训的参与和贡献。互联网技术的发展为教师培训的变革提供了无限可能,但教师线上和线下培训工作仍存在培训时空分离、培训内容碎片化、培训应用性不强等实际问题。为解决互联网背景下的教师培训问题,教师培训工作应将线上和线下培训工作紧密衔接,要以教师为主体进行衔接,建立教师培训共同体,构建培训衔接情境,提高中小学教师培训质量。
Teachers are the key to the development of education.The development of teachers is inseparable from the participation and contribution of teacher training.The development of Internet technology provides unlimited possibilities for the reform of teacher training,but there are still practical problems in teacher training,such as the separation of training time and space,the fragmentation of training content,and the weak application of training.In order to solve the problem of teacher training under the internet background,teacher training should closely connect online and offline training,take teachers as the main body,establish teacher training community,build training connection situation,and improve the quality of primary and secondary school teacher training.
