幼儿园角色游戏中教师的不当行为及对策研究

摘要 为了深入了解中班角色游戏中教师的不当行为,文章对福州市三所公立幼儿园中班年段的角色游戏进行了定点观察。观察发现,游戏中教师存在如下不当行为:选择游戏主题时,对幼儿的生活经验和社会经验考虑不充分;准备游戏材料时,投放的材料种类和难度层次不恰当;实施与推进游戏时,介入时机不恰当。针对上述不当行为,提出如下策略:甄选游戏主题时,通过多种途径调查与丰富幼儿的经验;准备游戏材料时,投放种类多样和有难度层次的材料;实施与推进游戏时,重视环节的合理性及介入指导的适宜性,以期对中班角色游戏指导有所裨益。 In order to deeply understand the improper behavior of teachers in middle class role games,this paper makes a fixed-point observation on the role games of middle class years in three public kindergartens in Fuzhou.It is found that teachers have the following improper behaviors in the game:when choosing the game theme,they do not fully consider children's life experience and social experience;when preparing game materials,the type and difficulty level of materials put in are inappropriate;when implementing and promoting the game,the intervention time is inappropriate.In view of the above misconduct,the following strategies are put forward:when selecting game themes,investigate and enrich children's experience through a variety of ways;when preparing game materials,put in materials with various types and difficulty levels;when implementing and promoting the game,we should pay attention to the rationality of links and the suitability of intervention guidance,in order to be beneficial to the role game guidance in the middle class.
