河南省学前融合教育教师职业素养发展调查研究

摘要 我国的学前融合教育在本土化的实践与探索中发挥着举足轻重的作用。文章通过问卷调查发现,学前融合教育教师的职业素养水平处于中等偏上,职业素养整体向好,但发展不平衡,存在缺乏系统的专业知识储备、特殊专业技能不足、获取支持的能力欠缺等问题。建议完善学前融合教育政策并加强宣传,健全学前融合教育教师职前职后一体化培养模式,建立学前融合教育教师合作发展共同体,创建支持性的学前融合教育环境。 Preschool integrated education in China plays an important role in the practice and exploration of localization.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the professional competence level of preschool integrated education teachers is above medium,the overall professional competence is good,but the development is unbalanced,and there are some problems,such as lack of systematic professional knowledge reserve,lack of special professional skills,lack of ability to obtain support and so on.It is suggested to improve the preschool integrated education policy and strengthen publicity,improve the pre-service and post service integrated training model of preschool integrated education teachers,establish a community for the cooperative development of preschool integrated education teachers,and create a supportive preschool integrated education environment.
