摘要
功能训练作为新型训练方式,在体育训练中的认知度并不高,目前正处于介绍和推广阶段。其主要内容为在训练中注重多平面、多维度、多关节的整体动力链组合动作,旨在提高学生或运动员的身体协调能力和身体的平衡控制能力,减少动力链组合动作中薄弱环节的“代偿”动作产生,最终达到提高身体素质、提升运动成绩和减少运动损伤发生的目的。文章结合教学实践,对功能训练在高中体育特长生训练中的运用进行探析。
Functional training,as a new training method,is not well recognized in physical training,at present it is in the stage of introduction and promotion.Its main content is to pay attention to the overall power chain combination action of multi plane,multi-dimensional and multi joint in training,which aims to improve the physical coordination ability and physical balance control ability of students or athletes,reduce the"compensatory"action of weak links in the power chain combination action,and finally achieve the purpose of improving physical quality,improving sports performance and reducing sports injury.Combined with teaching practice,this paper probes into the application of functional training in the training of senior middle school sports students.
