高校劳动教育存在的问题与推进机制建设探赜

Exploration of the Problems Existing in Labor Education in Colleges and Universities and the Construction of Promotion Mechanism

劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育的重要内容,是国民教育体系的重要组成部分。高校加强大学生劳动教育刻不容缓。当前部分高校在一定程度上忽视劳动教育的独特育人价值,使劳动教育的作用被弱化、淡化,存在劳动教育不受重视、劳动教育内容偏差、劳动教育课程体系欠缺、劳动教育保障能力薄弱等问题。文章论述加强高校大学生劳动教育的必要性,分析高校大学生劳动教育存在的问题,并尝试提出高校大学生劳动教育机制建设策略。

Labor education is an important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics and an important part of the national education system.it is urgent for colleges and universities to strengthen college students'labor education.At present,some colleges and universities ignore the unique educational value of labor education to a certain extent,which weakens and desalinates the role of labor education.There are some problems,such as the lack of attention to labor education,the deviation of labor education content,the lack of labor education curriculum system,the weak guarantee ability of labor education and so on.This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening college students'labor education,analyzes the problems existing in college students'labor education,and tries to put forward the construction strategy of college students'labor education mechanism.
