The student cadre team of independent college is an excellent group of independent college students.Their ability is related to the realization of the goal of building morality and cultivating people,and to the effectiveness of college students'ideological and political education.This paper first analyzes the significance of the construction and training of student cadres in independent colleges,then analyzes the characteristics of student cadres in independent colleges,and combined with the actual situation,puts forward corresponding effective measures for the problems existing in the training process,so as to build a high-quality student cadre team.
