基于核心素养培养的幼儿气质差异化教学研究

摘要 核心素养是指学生应具备的,能够适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。近年来,对核心素养的研究多集中在中小学阶段,而忽视3岁~6岁的幼儿黄金塑形时期。文章以3岁~6岁幼儿为研究对象,分析幼儿核心素养培养的重要性,并通过剖析幼儿的五大气质类型,探究基于核心素养培养的幼儿气质差异化教学策略,以促进幼儿健康成长,全面发展。 Core competence refers to the necessary character and key ability that students should have and can meet the needs of lifelong development and social development.In recent years,the research on core competence mostly focuses on the primary and secondary school stage,while ignoring the golden shaping period of children aged 3-6.Taking children aged 3-6 as the research object,this paper analyzes the importance of children's core competence training,and explores the teaching strategies of children's temperament differentiation based on the core competence training by analyzing the five temperament types of children,so as to promote children's healthy growth and all-round development.
