翻转课堂应用于药学实习生带教的效果调查研究

摘要 为探讨翻转课堂教学模式在综合医院带教药学实习生中的教学效果,提高带教质量,提升药学实习生的专业知识水平和实践操作技能,培养学生自主学习能力及实践综合能力,文章采取两轮问卷的调查方式,对内江医科学校药剂专业的21名实习生进行调查。调查内容包括学生的基本信息、专业水平、对翻转课堂教学模式的认识及对翻转课堂教学模式质量的评价与反馈。21名学生提交问卷且均为有效问卷。调查结果显示,以翻转课堂教学模式代替传统的教学模式,可让学生由被动学习转为主动学习,学习积极性提高。针对教学模式改变中出现的问题,教师要不断完善改进,从而有效提高教学质量,实现培养应用型人才的教学目标。 In order to explore the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in teaching pharmaceutical interns in general hospital,improve the teaching quality,improve the professional knowledge level and practical operation skills of pharmaceutical interns,and cultivate students'autonomous learning ability and practical comprehensive ability,this paper investigates 21 interns majoring in pharmacy in Neijiang medical school by means of two rounds of questionnaires.The survey content includes students'basic information,professional level,understanding of flipped classroom teaching mode,and evaluation and feedback on the quality of flipped classroom teaching mode.21 students submitted questionnaires,which were valid.The survey results show that the flipped classroom teaching model instead of the traditional teaching model can make students change from passive learning to active learning and improve their learning enthusiasm.In view of the problems in the change of teaching mode,teachers should constantly improve and improve,so as to effectively improve the teaching quality and realize the teaching goal of cultivating applied talents.
