基于DEA模型的重庆市旅游产业效率及其影响因素

Study on the efficiency of Chongqing tourism industry and its influencing factors based on DEA model

利用DEA模型,对重庆市2000—2018年的旅游产业效率进行测度,并对影响重庆市旅游产业效率的因素及其作用机理进行探究。研究表明:重庆市旅游产业效率整体呈现先下降后上升的特征;星级酒店的投入冗余情况较为严重,主要受投资回报周期与季节性影响;城市化水平对重庆市旅游产业效率具有积极拉动作用;劳动力结构、旅游接待能力对重庆市旅游产业效率有一定程度的负向拉动作用。根据实证结果,从加强人才培养、优化旅游基础设施投入结构、完善交通体系等方面提出建议。

This paper uses DEA model to measure the efficiency of tourism industry in Chongqing from 2000 to 2018,and explores the factors influencing the efficiency of tourism industry in Chongqing and its mechanism.The results show that the efficiency of tourism industry in Chongqing decreases first and then increases.The investment redundancy of star hotels is serious,which is mainly affected by investment return cycle and seasonality.The urbanization level plays a positive role in driving the efficiency of tourism industry in Chongqing.The structures of labor force and tourism reception capacity have a negative pulling effect on the efficiency of tourism industry in Chongqing.According to the empirical results,some suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening personnel training,optimizing the investment structure of tourism infrastructure and perfecting the transportation system.
