全面推进乡村振兴进程中,乡村人才振兴的现实意义在于促进人才资源合理配置、破解乡村人才掣肘、调动乡村发展要素。较一般乡村实践主体,乡村人才在社会属性、空间属性、身份属性、价值属性4个层面具有特殊性和优越性;从战略向度、历史向度、目标向度来看,乡村人才振兴分别蕴意现实系统工程、长期建设实践、目标期望状态。当前,乡村人才振兴在人才结构、人才流动、人才生态、人才机制等方面仍然存在困境,影响乡村振兴的成效。明晰目标定位,强化基本理念,完善机制保障是乡村人才振兴的可能路径。这有利于破除阻碍因素,突破现实困境,有助于为乡村振兴提供可靠的人才支撑。

In the process of promoting rural revitalization comprehensively,the significance of the revitalization of rural talents lies in the rational allocation of talent resources,the solution to the constrains of rural talents,and the mobilization of the rural development factors.Compared with the general subjects of rural practice,rural talents have particularities and superiorities in the four aspects:social attributes,spatial attributes,identity attributes and value attributes.From the perspective of strategic,historical,and targeted dimensions,the revitalization of rural talents implies a realistic system engineering,a long-term construction practice,and an ideal expectation state.Currently,the revitalization of rural talents has difficulties in the aspects of talent structure,talent flow,talent ecology and talent mechanism,which affect the effectiveness of rural revitalization.Therefore,clarifying the goal orientation,strengthening the basic concept,and improving the mechanism guarantee are possible ways to realize the revitalization of rural talents.This is conducive to break down the obstacles and break through the real dilemma,and help to provide the rural revitalization with reliable talent supports.
