摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的不断加深,为缓解人口老龄化的压力,给老年人提供一个良好的生活环境,居家养老服务是一个重要的发展方向。一些发达国家和地区在居家养老模式实践中积累的经验,如多元化的经费来源、良好的责任分担机制、专业的第三方组织机构和居家养老服务人员、良好的福利体系及社区优势,对于我国居家养老服务的发展具有极强的借鉴意义。通过总结和学习发达国家的经验,我国可以在居家服务的发展中少走弯路。结合我国的实际情况,从政府、居家养老服务的工作人员、社会等层面出发,为居家养老服务模式的构建创造良好的物质、制度、资源等基础,以实现居家养老服务水平的提升。
With the deepening of population aging,home care service is an important development direction in order to relieve the pressure of population aging and provide a good living environment for the elderly.Some pension modes of developed countries and regions,such as diversified sources of funding,well responsibility sharing mechanism,the professional third party organizations and home endowment service personnel,advantages welfare system and community,for the development of home care service in China with a strong reference,by summing up and learning the experience of developed countries,China can avoid detours in the development of home services.Combined with the actual situation of our country,this paper comes up with suggestions from the government,home care service staff,society and other aspects,to create foundations of good material,system,resources for the construction of home care service mode,to achieve the improvement of home care service level.
