儿童友好理念下参与式社区规划对公共空间公共性的影响研究--以珠海市西城社区为例

Research on Impacts of Participatory Community Planning on the Publicity of Public Space Based on Child-friendly Perspective:A Case Study of Xicheng Community in Zhuhai

在当前城市存量规划和公共空间公共性缺失的背景下,参与式社区规划与公共空间建立了更为紧密的联系。已有研究多聚焦于依托公共空间建设的公众参与模式,对于参与式社区规划对公共空间影响的关注不足。基于参与式规划理论,选取“可达性-功能-互动性”作为公共空间公共性的构成维度,构建参与式社区规划重构公共空间公共性的分析框架。以广东省珠海市西城社区为例,讨论儿童友好理念下的参与式社区规划对公共空间公共性的影响内容和机制。结果表明,通过建立公众参与的长效机制和以公共空间作为建设对象,参与式社区规划促使公共空间公共性在“功能”和“互动性”方面发生显著变化。

Under the background of the current urban regeneration planning and the lack of publicity of public space,participatory community planning has established a closer relationship with public space.Existing studies mostly focus on the public participation mode relying on the construction of public space,and pay little attention to the influence of participatory community planning on public space.Based on the theory of participatory planning,this paper selects accessibility,function and inter-subjectivity as the component dimension of public space publicity,constructs an analysis framework for restructuring public space publicity by participatory community planning.The paper takes Xicheng Community in Zhuhai City as an example to discuss the influence and mechanism of participatory community planning on the publicity of public space under the concept of child-friendliness.Research has shown that by establishing a long-term mechanism for public participation and taking public space as the object of construction,participatory community planning promotes significant changes in public space publicity in the dimensions of function and inter-subjectivity.
