摘要
05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢与304L奥氏体不锈钢材料的焊接是属于不锈钢材料分属不同金相组织的焊接工艺方法。针对马氏体组织的焊接特殊性,制定其使用的焊接工艺及焊接材料,并充分考虑马氏体组织的焊接裂纹倾向、焊接热输入量的控制、焊接接头的力学性能等方面因素。
The welding of 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb martensitic precipitated hardened stainless steel and 304L austenitic stainless steel belongs to dissimilar steel welding.For the welding particularity of martensitc structure,the welding process and materials are formulated,and the welding crack tendency of martensitc structure,the control of welding heat input,the mechanical properties of welded joints and other factors are fully considered.
