Discussion on Pathogenesis of Prostate Cancer from Perspective of Integrative Medicine

前列腺癌的发病机制及致病特点与"伏邪"致病极为相似。"少阴虚寒"是前列腺癌内生伏邪的根本病因,痰浊、血瘀、寒凝是"伏邪成巢"的主要病机。同时,该病病变初期较为隐匿,受诸多内外因素影响,引发伏毒而为患,这与遗传学中的BRCA1/2基因突变存在较多相似之处。BRCA1/2基因突变在前列腺癌的遗传学因素中占居主导地位,发生BRCA1/2基因突变的患者,先天禀赋受父母遗传影响,形成少阴虚寒体质,在病变早期并无明显症状,若其时肾中精气充沛,肾阳可抑制少阴虚寒,前列腺癌未必发病;若其时肾中精气亏虚,前列腺癌易感性提升,少阴虚寒产生诸如痰浊、血瘀等各种病理产物,消耗机体精血,终致前列腺癌发生。

The pathogenesis and pathogenic characteristics of prostate cancer are very similar to the pathogenic characteristics of Fuxie."Shao Yin Cold and Deficiency " is the root cause of endogenous Fuxie in prostate cancer and Turbid phlegm,Blood stasis,cold coagulation,etc.are the main pathogenesis of "Fuxie inducing diseases".At the same time,the disease is relatively insidious in the early stage,and it is affected by many internal and external factors,which can cause Fuxie to develop into diseases.There are many similarities with the BRCA1/2 gene mutation in modern medical genetics.BRCA1/2 gene mutations occupy a dominant position in the genetic factors of prostate cancer.In patients with BRCA1/2 gene mutations,the congenital endowment is affected by the inheritance of their parents,forming a constitution of Shaoyin deficiency and coldness,and there are no obvious symptoms in the early stage of the disease.If the kidney is full of essence and qi at that time,the kidney Yang can inhibit Shaoyin deficiency and coldness,and prostate cancer does not necessarily occur.However,If the essence and Qi in the kidneys are deficient at that time,the susceptibility to prostate cancer will increase,and the deficiency and cold of Shaoyin will produce various pathological products such as turbid phlegm and Blood stasis,which would consume the body′s essence and blood and eventually cause prostate cancer.
