胃食管反流病的诊治采取中西医结合的方式,紧扣"肝气犯胃,胃失和降"基本病机,以"疏肝理气,和胃降逆"为基本治则,方用柴胡疏肝合乌贝散为主,辨证施治与随症用药相结合,从整体出发,又因人、因时、因地而异。同时,兼顾肝胃郁热、中虚气逆、气郁痰阻、气滞血瘀、寒热错杂等证。虽以疏肝和胃为主,亦不忘清肝泻火、健脾益气、化痰祛湿、理气化瘀、辛开苦降等方法的灵活运用。药物治疗的基础上发挥中医特色疗法优势,督导患者进行中医传统功法如八段锦、易筋经、太极拳等练习。根据患者情况实时给予推拿上腹部及神阙穴,耳穴压豆及艾灸足三里、中脘、灵枢等,内外结合,标本兼顾。

Diagnosis and treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease adopt the integrated medicine and closely follow the basic pathogenesis of "Liver-Qi invades the Stomach,Stomach disharmony and fail to descend",and set "Soothing the Liver and regulating Qi,harmonizing the Stomach and descending the adverse Qi" as the basic treatment rule.The prescription mainly uses Chaihu Shugan Wubei powder,combining syndrome differentiation and treatment with symptomatic medication,seeing the human body as a whole,and use different treatments according to person,time,and place.At the same time,it also takes into account the syndromes of heat stagnation in Liver and Stomach,Heart deficiency with reversed Qi,Qi stagnation with phlegm obstruction,stagnation of Qi and blood stasis,and intermingled cold and heat.Although it focuses on soothing the Liver and Stomach,it also includes the flexible use of methods such as clearing the Liver and purging fire,invigorating the Spleen and replenishing Qi,resolving phlegm and dampness,regulating Qi and removing Blood stasis,and using pungent to relieve bitterness,etc..Based on drug treatment,the advantages of TCM characteristic therapies are brought into play,and patients are supervised to practice traditional TCM exercises such as Baduanjin,Yijinjing,and Taijiquan.According to the patient′s condition,massage was given to the upper abdomen and Shenque,ear acupoint bean pressing,and moxa-wool moxibustion was given to Zusanli,Zhongwan,Lingshu,etc.,which combined the internal and external,during both the root cause and the symptoms.
