摘要
目的观察真空微波干燥工艺对疏化乳癖胶囊挥发油含量的影响,并与热风循环干燥工艺进行比较。方法建立疏化乳癖胶囊中阿魏酸和牻牛儿酮的含量测定方法,以疏化乳癖胶囊挥发油总含量、阿魏酸和牻牛儿酮含量为考察指标,比较分别采用真空微波干燥法和热风循环干燥法工艺制备的疏化乳癖胶囊。结果总结六批次的实验数据,采用真空微波干燥工艺制备的疏化乳癖胶囊内容物挥发油总含量(0.22±0.040)mL·g^(-1),阿魏酸含量(0.207±0.0173)mg·g^(-1),牻牛儿酮含量(0.954±0.0158)mg·g^(-1)。采用热风循环干燥工艺制备的疏化乳癖胶囊挥发油总含量(0.12±0.022)mL·g^(-1),阿魏酸含量(0.108±0.0114)mg·g^(-1),牻牛儿酮含量(0.615±0.0197)mg·g^(-1)。真空微波干燥工艺制备的胶囊成品挥发性成分含量明显高于热风循环工艺,且二者的差异具显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论真空微波干燥工艺干燥温度低,干燥时间短,能更好的保留疏化乳癖胶囊中易挥发成分,适用于疏化乳癖胶囊的生产工艺要求。
OBJECTIVE Observation of the influence for vacuum microwave drying process on content of volatile oil in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi,and compare with hot air circle drying process.METHODS Established the methods for content determination of ferulic acid and oxysophocarpine in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi.The indexes of evaluation were the total content of volatile oil,ferulic acid and oxysophacarpine in Capsule ShuHuaRiBi.Compare two Capsules ShuHuaRuBi prepared by vacuum microwave drying process and hot air circle drying process.RESULTS The total content of volatile oil was(0.22±0.040)mL·g^(-1),the content of ferulic acid was(0.207±0.0173)mg·g^(-1) and the content of oxysophacarpine was(0.954±0.0158)mg·g^(-1) in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi prepared by vacuum microwave drying process.The total content of volatile oil was(0.12±0.022)mL·g^(-1),the content of ferulic acid was(0.108±0.0114)mg·g^(-1) and the content of oxysophacarpine was(0.615±0.0197)mg·g^(-1) in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi prepared by hot air circle drying process.The volatile constituent in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi prepared by vacuum microwave drying process was higher than prepared by hot air circle drying process apparently.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION The drying temperature is lower,the drying timer is shorter prepared by vacuum microwave drying process.It can reserve the volatile compound in Capsule ShuHuaRuBi preferable.It is suitable for drying process of Capsule ShuHuaRuBi.
