中药制剂生产技术现代化的研究进展

Research Progress on Modernization of Production Technology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation

中药制剂是对传统中药材进行制取提炼而制成供临床用药的一类药品。中药制剂在我国传统中医临床用药中已经有悠久的历史。伴随着现代制药技术和工艺的发展应用,中药制剂也在生产技术与工艺上获得很大的创新与提升。中药制剂生产技术现代化对完善中药制剂工艺、实现企业生产效益化、保障中药制剂质量等方面具有重要意义。纵观目前中药制剂生产技术现状,一些现代制剂新技术新成果被应用于中药制剂的生产中,对实现中药制剂现代化工作起到重要促进作用。本文就中药制剂生产的发展历程、生产技术现代化意义、新技术工艺概述,以及总结与展望等进行探讨分析,以期对中药制剂生产的相关理论研究提供一些有益的文献资料。

Traditional Chinese medicine preparation is a kind of medicine for clinical use which is extracted from traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine preparations have a long history in the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.Along with the development and application of modern pharmaceutical technology,the production technology of traditional Chinese medicine preparations have also obtained great innovation and improvement.The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine preparation production technology is of great significance to the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine preparation technology,the realization of production efficiency of enterprises and the guarantee of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine preparation.Looking at the present situation of the production technology of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,some new technologies and achievements of modern preparations have been applied in the production of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,which plays an important role in promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.This paper discusses and analyzes the development process of traditional Chinese medicine preparation production,the significance of the modernization of production technology,the overview of new technology and the prospect of development,in order to provide some useful documents for the theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine preparation production.
