科技飞速发展的今天,市场的竞争就是人才的竞争,而科研创新能力不仅是增强人才竞争力的有效手段,更是增强我国综合国力的重要途径。随着高职院校的扩招,分布在社会各界的高职学历工作者将越来越多,所以在校期间提升其科研创新能力具有重要意义。本文结合我院药品质量与安全专业实际,从现阶段学生的科研创新能力现状出发,探索了提升高职院校学生科研创新能力的途径,旨在达到增强高职院校学生的科研创新能力为目的,使之更好地适应社会发展,服务区域经济。

With the rapid development of science and technology,the market competition is the competition of talents,and the ability of research and innovation is not only an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of talents,but also an important way to strengthen national comprehensive strength of a country.With the expansion of vocational colleges,there will be more and more vocational workers distributed in all circles,so it is of great significance to improve the ability of research and innovation of them.Combined with the present situation of Drug Quality and Safety specialty in our college,this paper explores the ways to enhance the research and innovation capability of vocational college students,aiming to enhance the ability of them,so as to better adapt to society and serve the regional economy.
