2型糖尿病患者利拉鲁肽降糖疗效的影响因素分析

Factors of Treatment Response to Liraglutide in Type 2 Diabetes

目的探讨利拉鲁肽在2型糖尿病患者中降糖疗效的可能影响因素。方法回顾性分析我院2019年1月至2020年12月符合入排标准的62名使用利拉鲁肽的患者,根据患者治疗3个月后糖化血红蛋白(Glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)较基线值下降是否≥1.0%,将患者分为有应答组和无应答组。通过二元Logistic回归分析其可能的影响因素。结果两组在年龄、体重、BMI、腰围、舒张压、HbA1c、eGFR及病程上具有显著差异(P<0.05);进一步的回归分析发现,基线HbA1c水平是利拉鲁肽降糖疗效差异的独立影响因素。结论基线HbA1c水平是利拉鲁肽降糖疗效差异的唯一独立影响因素,即基线HbA1c水平越高,利拉鲁肽的降糖疗效越好。

OBJECTIVE To explore the possible factors influencing the hypoglycemic efficacy of liraglutide in patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS We did a retrospective analysis of 62 patients using liraglutide who met the criteria in our hospital.According to whether the glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)decreased by≥1.0%from the baseline value after 3 months of treatment,the patients were divided into response group and non-response group.The possible influencing factors of glucose response were analyzed by binary logistic regression.RESULTS The two groups had significant differences in age,weight,BMI,waist circumference,diastolic blood pressure,HbA1c,eGFR and disease course(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Baseline HbA1c level is the only independent factor affecting liraglutide glucose response,and the higher the baseline HbA1c level,the better the hypoglycemic efficacy of liraglutide.
