泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良疗效分析

Efficacy of Pantoprazole Combined with Domperidone in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月~2020年3月我院门诊治疗的功能性消化不良患者92例,随机分组,对照组多潘立酮治疗,研究组联合泮托拉唑治疗。比较两组治疗结果、症状积分、不良反应情况。结果研究组治疗结果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论功能性消化不良治疗中,泮托拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗效果显著,值得应用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of pantoprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.METHODS A total of 92 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were divided into two groups(different treatments),the control group was treated with domperidone,and the study group was treated with domperidone combined with pantoprazole.The treatment results,symptom scores,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The treatment result of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the symptom score of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In the treatment of functional dyspepsia,pantoprazole combined with domperidone has a significant effect,which is worthy of application.
