Hospital Quality and Safety Management in China:Formulation and Implementation Evaluation of the Group Standard for“Transfusion Safety”

《中国医院质量安全管理第2-34部分:患者服务输液安全》团体标准是针对静脉输液全过程中的风险环节,围绕输液安全管理的重点、难点内容,制定标准化条款。标准包含输液安全管理、输液前评估、输液中监测、输液后评价4个部分,包括26个关键环节,为构建我国输液安全的标准化管理探索了一条规范化路径。

The group standard of Chinese Hospital Quality and Safety Management part 2-34:Transfusion Safety in Patient Service is aimed at the risk linking in the whole process of intravenous transfusion,centering on the key and difficult contents of transfusion safety management,and standardized provisions are formulated.The standard includes four parts:transfusion safety management,evaluation before infusion,monitoring during infusion,and evaluation after infusion,including 26 key links,which explores a standardized path for the construction of standardization management of transfusion safety in China.
