电梯维护和定期检验技术的研究与应用

电梯维护是指对电梯进行日常维修保养并解决安全隐患、故障等工作。在定期检查电梯性能状态时,应检查电梯门锁系统、曳引系统、制动和限速装置以及安全装置、报警装置等。电梯定期检验、检测是按照国家有关规定由相关专业技术人员定期对电梯进行检验检测,并出具检验检测报告,确保电梯在使用中的安全性。文章阐述了电梯基本维修技术,并为提高日常维护和定期检验效率、质量介绍了两种电梯定检新工艺。

Elevator maintenance refers to the daily maintenance of elevators and the resolution of potential safety hazards and malfunctions.In the process of regularly inspecting the performance status of the elevator,it is required that the elevator door-lock system,traction system,braking and speed limiting devices,safety devices,and alarm devices be checked.The regular inspection and testing of elevators are supposed to be carried out by professional technicians in accordance with relevant national regulations,and inspection reports will be issued accordingly to ensure the safety of elevators in use.This paper expounds the basic maintenance technology of elevator,and introduces two new technologies of elevator regular inspection,in order to improve the efficiency and quality of daily maintenance and regular inspection.
