基于Mie散射理论的粉尘浓度测量研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章介绍的粉尘测量系统设计是基于消光法原理,根据Mie散射理论,以Mie散射理论小粒子区域Mie散射退化为瑞利散射(Rayleigh scattering)和大粒子区域散射近似为夫琅和费衍射(Fraunhofer diffraction)为依据,建立了粉尘浓度测试的理论基础。通过测量激光透过粉尘前后的入射强度和散射强度,经相应计算、转换,最终求得粉尘质量浓度。基于这一大的理论前提下,设计了粉尘浓度测试系统的硬件部分。以美国Keil Software公司出品的51系列兼容单片机C语言软件开发系统Keil C51为载体,完成了粉尘浓度测试系统软件部分的设计。 This paper,based on the principle of the extinction method,mainly introduces the design of dust measurement system and establishes the basic theory on the measurements of the dust concentration according to Mie scattering theory that the regional scattering of small particles degenerates to Rayleigh scattering and that the regional scattering of macro-particles is similar to Fraunhofer diffraction.By measuring the incident intensity and scattering intensity of the laser before and after passing through the dust,and through the corresponding calculation and conversion,the dust mass concentration is finally obtained.Based on this theory,the hardware part of the dust concentration testing system is designed.Taking the 51 series compatible single chip microcomputer C language software development system Keil C51 produced by American Keil Software Company as the carrier,the design of the software part of the dust concentration testing system is completed.
