摘要
文章结合动车组运用实际,从开展动车组服役期可靠性工作的方法着手,分析总结出目前基于动车组本身设计、动车段运用管理实际等方面具备的有利条件及存在局限,最大程度地使用有利条件开展动车组关键部件可靠性分析,同时针对存在的局限问题提出改进建议,可为动车组智能设计制造、智能监测、智能维修提供参考。
Based on the actual application of EMU and starting with the method of carrying out reliability work during the service period of EMU,this paper analyzes and summarizes the strong conditions and limitations based on the design of EMU itself and the actual operation and management of EMU depot.The reliability analysis of key components of EMU is carried out with the most favorable conditions,and suggestions for improvement are put forward in view of the existing limitations,thereby can provide reference for intelligent design and manufacture,intelligent monitoring and intelligent maintenance of EMU.
