高层建筑物防火关键技术分析

摘要 研究高层建筑发生火灾的情况,在主动、被动防火及消防救援层面对高层建筑防火技术实施研究,经过分析及研究可得,对于高度大于50m的建筑物,其排烟系统需要进行竖直方向上的分段排布设计,可以沿避难层(或者设备层)的竖直方向划分;所有区域的自动喷水系统需要设计多于2个竖管,并且竖管之间需要有较大的间距;人员疏散方式,整体以及分段部分疏散是否可行,与建筑的功能、所在地区等因素相关;救援窗的设计除了位置以及尺寸之外,还必须考虑由消防救援窗口到室内的各种情况。 The fire of high-rise buildings is studied,and the fire prevention technology of high-rise buildings is studied in the aspects of active and passive fire prevention and fire rescue.Through analysis and research,for buildings with a height of more than 50 meters,the smoke exhaust system needs to be designed in a vertical direction,and can be divided in the vertical direction of the refuge storey(or equipment storey);the automatic sprinkler system in all areas needs more than two vertical pipes,and there needs to be a large distance between the vertical pipes;the mode of personnel evacuation,whether the overall and partial evacuation is feasible,is related to the function of the building,the area of the building,and other factors;in addition to the location and size,the design of the rescue window must also involve all kinds of conditions from the fire rescue window to the interior.
