聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物刷 接枝医用功能纸制备及生物相容性研究

摘要 为改善纤维素基纸张材料的生物相容性,本研究通过表面引发原子转移自由基聚合技术,将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物刷接枝到纸张表面制备医用功能纸,并对聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物刷在纸张表面的接枝效率及其生物相容性进行了研究。结果表明:采用表面引发原子转移自由基聚合技术可有效地将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物刷接枝到纸张表面,且整个接枝过程活性可控;相比原纸,接枝聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物刷纸张的抗血细胞黏附能力明显增强,补体激活显著改善,细胞毒性显著降低,呈现出良好的生物相容性。 In order to improve the biocompatibility of cellulose based paper mat erials,medical functional paper was prepared by grafting polyethylene glycol m ethacrylate(PEGMA)polymer brushes onto the surface of paper via surface init iated atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)technique.Then the grafting efficiency of PEGMA polymer brushes on the surface of paper and their biocompatibility were investigated.Results showed that the grafting of PEGMA polym er brushes onto the surface of the paper was effective by using ATRP technique,and the activity of the whole grafting process was controllable.Results show tha t compared with the original paper,blood cell adhesion,complement activation and cytotoxicity of PEGMA polymer brush grafted paper shows better biocomp atibility.
