介绍自主开发和研制新型湿浆切纸堆垛机设备,对商品浆运输提供一种新的打包方式与运输形式。传统的商品浆长途运输都是采用吨浆袋将浓缩的浆料装袋后并装车运输到各个浆厂进行深加工;传统装浆的吨浆袋成本高,且吨浆袋经过几次装浆后,便成为“白色垃圾”难以回收处理。

This paper introduces a new type of wet pulp stacker developed by Fujian Light industry Machinery Equipment Co.,Ltd.It provides a new packing method and transportation form for the transportation of commodity pulp.The traditional longdistance transportation of commercial pulp is to use the ton pulp bag to pack the concentrated pulp,then it is loaded and transported to each pulp factory for further processing.So the cost of traditional pulp bag is relatively high.And after several times of pulping,the ton pulp bag becomes“white garbage”which is difficult to be recycled.
