智能汽车已进入发展快车道,发展智能汽车已上升为国家战略。上海要紧抓智能汽车发展重大机遇,加强智能汽车法规政策体系建设和组织机制保障;建设一批高水平创新平台和载体,推动智能汽车关键技术突破及产业化;推进规模化示范应用,加快智能汽车商业化落地,从而实现“顶层设计—技术创新—产业化—示范应用—商业化运营”的梯次闭环发展体系。此外,在区域协同、基础设施、产业配套等方面强化支持保障,营造支撑智能汽车发展的良好生态,促进上海智能汽车产业高质量发展。

Smart cars have entered the fast lane of development,and the development of smart cars has been elevated to a national strategy.Shanghai should grasp the major opportunities of smart car development,strengthen the construction of smart car regulation and policy system and organization mechanism;build a number of high-level innovation platforms and carriers to promote the breakthrough of key smart car technologies and industrialization;promote large-scale demonstration applications and accelerate the commercialization of smart cars,so as to realize the ladder closed-loop development system of“top-level design-technological innovation industrialization-demonstration application-commercialization operation”.In addition,we will strengthen support and guarantee in regional coordination,infrastructure and industrial support to create a good ecology to support the development of smart cars and promote the high-quality development of Shanghai’s smart car industry.
