依托进博会和临港新片区两大平台强化上海开放枢纽门户功能

Relying on CIIE and Lin-gang New Area’s Two Major Platforms to Strengthen Shanghai’s Open Hub Gateway Function

上海应以中国国际进口博览会和上海自贸试验区临港新片区等平台为依托,以促进全球贸易增长为目标,积极服务国家战略,主动代表国家参与国际合作与竞争,建立和培育政府、国际组织、商协会及企业之间多样化伙伴关系,支持组建全球服务贸易联盟,强化上海开放枢纽门户金融、贸易、创新、信息等功能建设。要积极发挥进博会、新片区推动长三角区域一体化创新发展的重要作用,加快形成以上海为重要枢纽,国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。

Shanghai should take platforms such as CIIE and Lin-gang New Area of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone as the backbone,aim to promote global trade growth,actively serve national strategies,take the initiative to participate in international cooperation and competition on behalf of the country,establish and cultivate diverse partnerships among governments,international organizations,business associations and enterprises,support the formation of global service trade alliances,and strengthen Shanghai’s open hub gateway for finance,trade,Innovation,information and other functions of the construction.It is necessary to actively play the important role of the CIIE and Lin-gang New Area in promoting the integrated and innovative development of the Yangtze River Delta,to accelerate the formation of a new development pattern in which Shanghai is an important hub,a major domestic cycle is the main body,and the domestic and international dual cycles promote each other.
