环形子宫下段压迫缩窄缝合术在剖宫产术中的临床应用

Clinical application of circular compression and constriction suture of lower uterine segment in cesarean section

目的探讨环形子宫下段压迫缩窄缝合术在剖宫产术中的临床应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法对60例剖宫产术产妇进行分组,各30例。对照组接受注射欣母沛、纱条填塞宫腔、“8”字间断缝合等常规止血方法,观察组接受环形子宫下段压迫缩窄缝合术,对比2组手术时间、术中出血量、产后24 h出血量、并发症发生率情况。结果观察组的手术时间明显较短,术中出血量、产后24 h出血明显较少,并发症发生率明显较低,相较于对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论环形子宫下段压迫缩窄缝合术在剖宫产术中的临床应用具有良好效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of circular compression and constriction suture of lower uterine segment in cesarean section.Methods 60 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine hemostasis methods such as injection of hemabate,gauze packing uterine cavity and"8"interrupted suture,while the observation group received circular compression and constriction suture of lower uterine segment.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postpartum 24-hour blood loss of the patients were compared The incidence of complications was observed.Results The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter,intraoperative blood loss and postpartum hemorrhage were significantly less,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of circular compression and constriction suture of lower uterine segment in cesarean section has good effect.
