摘要
目的对比快速血糖仪对脑创伤术后昏迷糖尿病患者手指和脚趾末梢血糖值的测量结果。方法选取2019年10月-2021年5月瑞金市人民医院脑创伤术后昏迷糖尿病患者50例,入院后通过快速血糖检测仪测定手指和脚趾末梢血糖水平,并抽取同侧上肢静脉血血液样本,经全自动生化分析仪以葡萄糖氧化酶法测定静脉血血糖水平,统计比较手指和脚趾末梢血糖值、静脉血血糖值。结果脑创伤术后昏迷糖尿病患者手指和脚趾末梢血糖水平、静脉血血糖水平相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过快速血糖仪检测脑创伤术后昏迷糖尿病患者手指及脚趾末梢血糖具有较高准确度,可作为血糖监测的主要方式。
Objective To investigate the results of blood glucose measurement of fingers and toes in comatose diabetic patients after brain injury surgery with fast blood glucose meter.Methods From October 2019 to may 2021,50 patients with coma and diabetes after brain trauma surgery in our hospital were selected.After admission,the blood glucose levels of fingers and toes were measured by rapid blood glucose detector,and the venous blood samples of ipsilateral upper limbs were taken.The venous blood glucose levels were measured by glucose oxidase method by automatic biochemical analyzer.The blood glucose values of fingers and toes,and venous blood glucose values of comatose diabetic patients after brain trauma surgery were compared statistically.Results The test showed that there was no significant difference in the blood glucose level of finger and toe tip and venous blood glucose level of coma diabetic patients after brain injury operation(P>0.05).Conclusion The rapid blood glucose meter has high accuracy in detecting the blood glucose of fingers and toes of coma diabetic patients after brain injury surgery,which can be used as the main way of blood glucose monitoring,and is worthy of popularization and application.
