理气健脾方治疗脾虚气滞证功能性消化不良患者临床效果观察

Clinical Effectiveness of Liqi Jianpi Recipe in Treatment of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia Due to Spleen Deficiency and Qi Stagnation Syndrome

目的观察理气健脾方治疗脾虚气滞证功能性消化不良(FD)患者临床效果。方法选取2020年1—12月收治的脾虚气滞证FD 90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组两组各45例。试验组采用理气健脾方治疗,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、胃排空功能指标、生活质量,治疗后临床效果,治疗期间不良反应发生情况,以及治疗后随访4周复发情况。结果治疗后,两组腹痛不适积分、饱胀不适积分、嗳气或反酸积分、大便稀溏积分、症状总积分及生理功能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、心理健康、总体健康评分均低于治疗前,餐后0.5和1 h胃排空率均高于治疗前,胃半排空时间均短于治疗前;试验组餐后2 h胃排空率高于治疗前,生命活力评分低于治疗前;试验组饱胀不适积分、嗳气或反酸积分、症状总积分和生理功能、社会功能、心理健康、总体健康评分低于对照组,餐后0.5、1和2 h胃排空率和显效率高于对照组,胃半排空时间短于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。治疗后随访4周,试验组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气健脾方治疗脾虚气滞证FD患者效果确切,对改善患者身心健康有独特优势。

Objective To observe clinical effectiveness of Liqi Jianpi Recipe in treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD)due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome.Methods A total of 90 FD patients due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome admitted from January to December 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into experimental group(n=45)and control group(n=45)according to the random number table method.Experimental group was treated with Liqi Jianpi Recipe,while control group was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores,gastric emptying function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment,clinical effectiveness after treatment,incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment,and recurrence rate after treatment for 4 weeks were observed and compared in two groups.Results After treatment,accumulated points of abdominal discomfort,fullness discomfort,belching or sour regurgitation,loose stool and total symptom,and scores of physiological function,social function,physical pain,mental health and overall health were significantly lower,while gastric emptying rates after a meal for 0.5 and 1h were significantly higher,and gastric half emptying times were significantly shorter than those before treatment in two groups.In experimental group,gastric emptying rate after the meal for 2h was significantly higher than that before treatment,while life vitality score was significantly lower than that before treatment;accumulated points of fullness discomfort,belching or sour regurgitation and total symptom,and scores of physiological function,social function,mental health,and overall health were significantly lower,while gastric emptying rates and significant rates after a meal for 0.5,1h,and 2h were significantly higher than those in control group,and the gastric half emptying time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.The recurrence rate after treatment for 4 weeks in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi Jianpi Recipe is effective in treatment of patients with FD due to spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,which has unique advantages in improving the physical and mental health of patients.
