消乳散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生症效果及对血清bFGF、VEGF和性激素水平影响

Clinical Efficacy of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules Combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets in Treatment of Patients with Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands and Its Effects on Serum Levels of bFGF,VEGF and Sex Hormones

目的探讨消乳散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生症效果及对血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和性激素水平影响。方法选取2019年5月—2020年10月收治的乳腺增生症98例,按照治疗方法不同将其分为联合组(58例)和他莫昔芬组(40例)两组。联合组给予消乳散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗,他莫昔芬组给予枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗。观察比较两组治疗后3个月临床效果,治疗前和治疗1、2、3个月时乳腺肿块直径和血管生成相关指标、性激素水平,以及治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗后3个月,联合组总有效率高于对照组;治疗3个月时,乳腺肿块直径和血清bFGF、VEGF两组均短于或低于治疗前和治疗1、2个月时,且联合组短于或低于他莫昔芬组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月时,血清孕酮和卵泡刺激素两组高于治疗前和治疗1、2个月时,且联合组高于他莫昔芬组;血清雌二醇、黄体生成激素和催乳素两组低于治疗前和治疗1、2个月时,且联合组低于他莫昔芬组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合枸橼酸他莫昔芬片治疗乳腺增生症患者临床效果良好,可降低血清bFGF和VEGF水平,改善性激素水平,且安全性较好。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets in treatment of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and its effects on serum levels of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and sex hormones.Methods A total of 98 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands admitted between May 2019 and October 2020 were selected and divided into combination group(n=58)and Tamoxifen group(n=40)according to different therapeutic methods.Combination group was treated with Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets,while Tamoxifen group was treated with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets.Clinical efficacy after treatment for 3 months,levels of breast mass diameter,angiogenesis-related indicators and sex hormones before and after treatment for 1 month,2 months and 3 months as well as the incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed and compared between two groups.Results After treatment for 3 months,the total effective rate in combination group was significantly higher than that in Tamoxifen group(P<0.05).After treatment for 3 months,breast mass diameter and serum levels of bFGF and VEGF were significantly shorter or lower than those before treatment and after treatment for 1 month and 2 months in both groups,and the diameter and levels in combination group were significantly shorter or lower than those in Tamoxifen group(P<0.05).After treatment for 3 months,serum levels of progesterone and follicle-stimulating hormone were significantly higher than those before treatment and after treatment for 1 month and 2 months in two groups,and the above levels in combination group were significantly higher than those in Tamoxifen group;serum levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and prolactin were significantly lower than those before treatment and after treatment for 1 month and 2 months in two groups,and the levels in combination group were significantly lower than those in Tamoxifen group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie Capsules combined with Tamoxifen Citrate Tablets in treatment of patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands may achieve good clinical efficacy,reduce serum levels of bFGF and VEGF and improve the levels of sex hormones with good safety.
