麦芪降糖丸联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果及对妊娠结局影响

Clinical Efficacy of Maiqi Jiangtang Pills Combined with Insulin Aspart in Treatment of Patients with Gestational Diabetes and Its Effect on Pregnancy Outcome

目的观察麦芪降糖丸联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果及对妊娠结局影响。方法选取2018年9月—2020年9月收治的妊娠期糖尿病84例,根据治疗方法不同将其分为研究组和对照组两组各42例。研究组给予麦芪降糖丸联合门冬胰岛素治疗,对照组给予门冬胰岛素治疗。比较两组治疗前后血糖指标、胰岛功能指标和血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1),妊娠结局,以及治疗期间不良反应。结果治疗后,两组血糖指标、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和血清MCP-1均低于治疗前,胰岛β细胞功能(HOMA-β)高于治疗前;研究组血糖指标、FINS、HOMA-IR和血清MCP-1低于对照组,HOMA-β高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组早产率和新生儿窒息率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论麦芪降糖丸联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病患者效果显著,可改善妊娠结局,且安全性好。

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Maiqi Jiangtang Pills combined with Insulin Aspart in treatment of patients with gestational diabetes and its effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 84 patients with gestational diabetes admitted between September 2018 and September 2020 were selected and divided into research group(n=42)and control group(n=42)according to different therapeutic methods.Research group was treated with Maiqi Jiangtang Pill combined with Insulin Aspart,while control group was treated with Insulin Aspart.Values of blood glucose indexes,insulin function indexes,serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment,and incidence rate of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared in two groups.Results After treatment,values of blood glucose indexes,fasting insulin(FINS),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and serum MCP-1 were significantly lower,while HOMA-IR values were significantly higher than those before treatment in two groups;compared with those in control group,values of blood glucose index,FINS,HOMA-IR and serum MCP-1 were significantly lower,while HOMA-βvalue was significantly higher in research group(P<0.01).The rates of premature birth and neonatal asphyxia in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence rate of the total adverse reactions during the treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Maiqi Jiangtang Pill combined with Insulin Aspart in treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus may achieve good clinical efficacy and improve pregnancy outcome with good safety.
