摘要
本文简略阐述了隐性知识视域下高校个性化创新创业人才培养模式研究的背景,从"互联网+"背景下的校企联合以及专业技能与创新创业能力的协同培养两方面内容着手,对高校个性化创新创业人才培养模式的构建进行了详细分析,并提出了人才培养模式构建过程中应当注意的要点问题。
This paper briefly expounds the background of the research on the training mode of individualized innovative entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities from the perspective of tacit knowledge.This paper analyzes the construction of individualized innovative entrepreneurial talent training mode in colleges and universities,and puts forward the main points to be paid attention to in the process of talent training mode construction.
