Under the background of"Double First-class"construction,it is an urgent need to run higher education of socialism with Chinese characteristics by promoting the discipline accomplishment of university counselors,which is also an inevitable requirement to promote the deep integration of ideological and political work with discipline construction,which is also an important choice to improve the specialized vocational ability of university counselors.This paper interprets the era value of the promotion of university counselors’discipline accomplishment,plans the promotion path of university counselors’discipline accomplishment,and further solves the problems that restrict the promotion of college counselors’specialized vocational ability.
