社区教育发展的模式、问题与路径分析——以贵州省为例 被引量:1

摘要 社区教育发展是构建终身学习和多元化教育需求,符合社区居民对美好生活向往的教育方式。当前,贵州省社区教育的发展模式主要有:依托职业院校办社区教育的技能培训模式、依托社区服务中心办社区教育的社会服务模式、多家单位协作办社区教育的多元化办学模式。但社区教育起步晚、发展慢,其存在内涵建设不足;受重视程度不够;师资队伍建设不稳定和缺乏专业性等问题。本文基于问题导向,提出要转变传统的社区教育服务,建设社区教育居民参与共建、共治、共享模式;加强社区教育资源建设,拓宽社区教育经费投入渠道;建设多元协作的社区教育服务模式,构建社区教育学习资源服务圈等对策建议。 In the future,community education will spread to all communities,with flexible and diverse modes with which schools are run,as well as rich and colorful educational contents,meeting the educational needs of residents in multiple levels,channels and forms.At present,the existing development modes of community education in Guizhou Province mainly include:skill training,wherein the community education is run by vocational schools;social service,wherein the community education is provided by community service center;diversified school-running,wherein the community education is organized by a number of units.However,community education started late and developed slowly,which in turn give rise to a variety of problems,such as weak emphasis on the delivery of moral implications,the lack of reckoning it receives,unstable faculty construction,and lack of professionalism.Based on these problems,this paper suggests relevant authorities to intensify their efforts on policy publicity,raise awareness among community residents,build a cooperation mechanism among various parties,strengthen the construction of community education resources,improve community education management mode,and establish a resource sharing mechanism.
