职业价值观教育提升家政服务人员职业素质研究

Research on Improving the Professional Quality of Domestic Service Personnel by Professional Values Education

近年来,我国家政服务产业发展迅猛,家政服务产业已从形成期发展为成长期,从业人员持续增加,社会需求量逐渐增长,社会效益显著提升。肯定产业发展可喜局面同时,产业当中存在的问题也逐渐显现。在广东省江门市某家政服务企业的协助下,对35名一线家政服务人员和19个用工家庭进行调查,发现一线家政服务人员较为普遍地存在着职业幸福感不高、职业认同感不强、职业获得感与心里预期差距较大等问题,用工家庭对家政服务人员满意度并高。上述问题制约家政服务人员工作热情和专业技能提升的积极性与主动性,间接造成从业人员普遍职业素质较低的情况。本文结合上述情况,探讨对家政服务人员进行职业价值观教育,进而提高其职业素质和能力的方法。

In recent years,China’s domestic service industry has developed rapidly,the domestic service industry has developed from the formation period to the growth period,the number of employees continues to increase,the social demand is gradually growing,and the social benefits are significantly improved.At the same time,the problems in the industry are gradually emerging.With the help of a domestic service enterprise in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,35 front-line domestic service personnel and 19 employment families were investigated.It was found that the front-line domestic service personnel generally had some problems,such as low sense of professional happiness,weak sense of professional identity,large gap between career acquisition and psychological expectation,and the employment families were not satisfied with the domestic service personnel.The above problems restrict the enthusiasm and initiative of domestic service staff to improve their work enthusiasm and professional skills,indirectly resulting in the low professional quality of employees.Combined with the above situation,this paper discusses the methods of carrying out professional values education for domestic service personnel,so as to improve their professional quality and ability.
