“四史”教育视域下的大学生党员培养的逻辑进路

摘要 开展"四史"教育为大学生党员培养筑牢了信仰的根基,可以使大学生得到综合性的发展。本文在"四史"教育视域下,通过分析"四史"教育开展与大学生党员培养的内在逻辑,基于当前高校在大学生党员培养中存在的一些问题,如缺乏坚定的理想信念,缺乏较高的理论水平以及党员榜样作用发挥不充分等,充分利用思政课堂、党校课堂、重大节日活动、党员实践教育等,高校教学人员要彼此配合,发挥合力,形成科学的党员培养体系,使得"四史"教育真正入脑入心。 The"four histories"education has laid a solid foundation for the cultivation of college student Party members and laid a foundation for the all-round development of college student Party members.From the perspective of"four histories"education,this paper analyzes the internal logic of the development of"four histories"education and the cultivation of college student Party members.Based on some problems existing in the cultivation of college student Party members,such as the lack of firm ideals and beliefs,the lack of high theoretical level and the insufficient role of Party members as role models,this paper makes full use of ideological and political classes,Party school classes and major festivals.In order to make the"four histories"education really into the mind and heart,we should establish a scientific system for the cultivation of college student Party members.
