摘要
创新驱动发展时代呼唤高等教育培养大批创新创业人才,创新创业能力培养理应成为高质量高等教育的核心内涵。高质量高等教育不仅要求人才培养以创新创业能力形成为中心,而且要求高等教育发展机制是公平的、规范的、协调的和个性化的,这些构成高质量高等教育的一般内涵。理解高质量高等教育的核心内涵与一般内涵,需要超越对高质量高等教育认识的四个误区,重温创新创业能力的结构模型,从而把人生目标教育、职业生涯规划、科学方法训练和人文精神陶冶有机地融合起来,共同形成创新创业能力培养的合力。
The era of innovation-driven development calls for higher education to cultivate a large pool of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability should become the core connotation of high-quality higher education.High quality higher education not only requires talent training to be centered on innovation and entrepreneurship,but also requires the development mechanism of higher education to be fair,standardized,coordinated and personalized,which constitute the general connotation of high quality higher education.To understand the core and general connotation of high-quality higher education,we need to go beyond the Four Misunderstandings of high-quality higher education and review the structural model of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to organically integrate life goal education,career planning,scientific method training and humanistic spirit,and form a joint force for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
