摘要
汽车漆面保护膜是用于保护汽车漆面不受外界影响的产品,其性能在外界条件的影响下可能发生变化。基于汽车漆面保护膜实际使用过程中可能出现的有机溶剂、无机溶液、油性物质,本文针对其耐有机溶剂性、耐雨斑性和耐沾污性展开试验,并介绍了采用的试剂和步骤,通过对比相同条件下不同样品的结果及同一样品不同条件的结果,汇总了试验后汽车漆面保护膜产品的外观变化,归纳了目前市场中存在的35种产品的耐腐蚀性能。
Automobile paint protection film is a product used to protect the automobile paint surface from external influence,and the product performance may change under the influence of external conditions.Organic solvents,inorganic solutions and oily substances may be involved in the actual use of automobile paint protection film.Therefore,in this paper,experiments are carried out on the organic solvent resistance,rain spot resistance and stain resistance of the product.By comparing the results of different samples under the same condition and the results of the same sample under different conditions,the appearance changes of automobile paint protection film after the experiment are summarized,and the corrosion resistance of 35 products existing in the market at present is also summarized.
