摘要
废旧聚乙烯塑料农膜来源充足,价格低廉,从经济角度看,为推行废旧聚乙烯塑料改性沥青的利用增加了可行性。本文研究用废旧农膜制备高模量沥青混凝土,内层为聚合物改性层,外层为废旧农膜包裹层,其模量及抗老化性能得到了大幅改善,提高了沥青路面的综合使用性能,延长了路面的使用寿命,降低了路面建设及养护成本,有极高的经济价值和社会效益,同时解决农用地膜的环境污染问题。
The source of waste polyethylene plastic agricultural film is sufficient and the price is low.From an economic point of view,it increases the feasibility for the utilization of waste polyethylene plastic modified asphalt.This paper studies the preparation of high modulus asphalt concrete with waste agricultural film.The inner layer is modified polymer,and the outer layer is wrapped with waste agricultural film.After modification,the modulus and anti-aging performance of the modified asphalt concrete are greatly improved,which improves the comprehensive performance of the asphalt pavement,prolongs the service life of the pavement,and reduces the cost of pavement construction and maintenance.At the same time,it can solve the environmental pollution problem of agricultural plastic film.
