京雄城际铁路混凝土桥墩养护效果数值分析

摘要 为确定(北)京雄(安)城际铁路桥墩混凝土的最佳养护方式,采用COMSOL Multiphysics有限元软件模拟分析环境温度为20℃、相对湿度为50%条件下,涂刷养护剂、包裹土工布洒水和包裹养护膜三种养护方式下桥墩混凝土的应力场和温湿度场。结果表明,包裹土工布养护的混凝土桥墩由于土工布的保温效果,内外温差最小,仅为10℃左右,且产生的主拉应力最小,而涂刷养护剂和养护膜养护内外温差较大,达到20℃,其中涂刷养护剂养护的桥墩混凝土第一主应力达到2.2MPa;包裹养护膜养护保湿效果最好。 In order to determine the best curing method for the pier concrete of Beijing-Xiong’an intercity railway,the stress,temperature and humidity field of bridge pier concrete are analyzed by using the COMSOL Multiphysics finite element software under the ambient temperature at 20℃and the relative humidity at 50%,with brushing curing agent,wrapping geotextile and sprinkling water,wrapping curing film.The results show that due to the thermal insulation effect of geotextile,the temperature difference between inside and outside of concrete piers cured by wrapping geotextile is the smallest,only about 10℃,and the main tensile stress is also the smallest.The temperature difference between inside and outside is large when cured by brushing curing agent or wrapping curing film,reaching 20℃,and the first principal stress reaches 2.2 MPa with curing agent.And wrapping curing film has the best moisturizing effect.
