基于美国公路规范的土工格栅技术变更研究

Research on technical change of geogrid based on American highway specification

为了降低国际工程的成本风险,承包商需要开展技术变更活动。本文以玻利维亚道路项目为例,探讨利用美国规范申请增设土工格栅的策略。结果表明,承包商可紧扣加筋机理、路面结构数、交通效益率、受力环境及远景交通量五个方面,提高申请函的说服力。

In order to reduce the cost risk of international projects,the contractor needs to carry out technical change activities.Based on a highway project in Bolivia,this paper explores the strategy of using American specifications to apply for the increase of geogrids.The results show that the contractor can enhance the persuasion of the application letter based on the following five aspects,mechanism of reinforcement,structural number of pavement,traffic benefit ratio,force environment and future volume of traffic.
