浅谈同步顶升技术桥梁支座更换中的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,很多桥梁出现不同程度的支座老化、脱空、损坏等病害,有的桥梁因交通流量变化、基础沉降等出现梁体高程位移变化,给桥梁的结构和使用造成了安全隐患。桥梁同步顶升技术通过对局部梁体同步位移抬升,可使复杂的支座更换施工变得便捷、高效。伴随PLC控制液压系统不断更新与优化,桥梁同步顶升系统控制越来越先进,施工科学性与安全性显著提升,应用范围也越来越广,将成为桥梁加固维修改造工程的重要施工方法。 In recent years,many bridges have diseases such as bearing aging,void,and damage.Some bridges have beam elevation displacement changes due to traffic flow and foundation settlement,which cause potential hazards to the structure and use of bridges.The bridge synchronous jacking technology can make the complex bearing replacement construction convenient and efficient through the synchronous displacement lifting of local beams.With the continuous updating and optimization of PLC control hydraulic system,the control of bridge synchronous jacking system is more and more advanced,the construction scientificity and safety are significantly improved,and the application range is more and more wide.It will become an important construction method for bridge reinforcement,maintenance and reconstruction project.
