摘要 以连云港民用机场迁建工程地下车库项目为案例,运用BIM技术对地下车库施工图进行审查,创建三维模型,采用多专业碰撞检查优化机电管线综合布置方案,对现场施工应用BIM技术进行可视化技术交底,优化了设计和施工方案、减少了变更,提高了施工质量和施工效率,有利于项目后期的综合运营。 Taking an underground garage project of Lianyungang airport relocation project as an example,This article uses BIM technology to review the construction drawings of the underground garage,creates a three-dimensional model,uses multi-disciplinary collision inspection to optimize the comprehensive layout of electromechanical pipelines,and applies BIM to provide visualization technology confession,optimizes the design and construction plan,reduces changes,improves construction quality and effi ciency.It is conducive to the comprehensive operation of the project in the later stage.
