摘要 本文通过对青岛海业油码头有限公司海业—益佳阳鸿原油管道沿线管道进行实地考察,系统分析介绍了海业—益佳阳鸿原油管道现行和维护情况,通过测量管道电位、接地电阻、土壤腐蚀率等各项参数,以及利用馈电实验预估管道阴极保护电流大小及管道整体外防腐层质量,结合输油管道实际运行情况,制定了可行有效的阴极保护措施。 Based on the field investigation of the pipelines along the Haiye-Yijia Yanghong crude oil pipeline of Qingdao Haiye Oil Terminal Co.,Ltd.,this paper systematically analyzes and introduces the current and maintenance situation of Haiye-Yijia Yanghong crude oil pipeline.By measuring the pipeline potential,grounding resistance,soil corrosion rate and other parameters,And the feeding experiment is used to estimate the cathodic protection current of the pipeline and the quality of the overall outer anticorrosion layer of the pipeline.Combined with the actual operation of the oil pipeline,feasible and effective cathodic protection measures are formulated.
