摘要
为了能够对于动物源食品中的药物残留进行快速检测,本文提出了采用高效液相色谱法对其进行检测。以硝基咪唑类药物为主要研究目标,对其在不同动物源食品进行检测,利用固相萃取小柱对样品进行净化处理,实验证明该方法可以有效降低附加干扰峰对于样品检测的干扰。同时,实验结果表明,硝基咪唑类药物在一定浓度范围内,呈现良好的线性。在添加水平为0.25μg/kg、0.50μg/kg和2.5μg/kg三个量级时,其回收率范围和偏差分别为70.4%~112.9%,RSD≤14.5%;75.3%~108.8%,RSD≤9.4%;84.3%~104.8%,RSD≤5.4%,具有良好的适用性。
In order to improve the rapid detection of drug residues in animal derived products,a method of high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was proposed. Taking nitroimidazoles as the main research objective,the residues of nitroimidazoles in different animal derived products were detected. The oasis prime HLB solid phase extraction column was used as the sample purification method. The experiment proved that this method can effectively reduce the interference of additional interference peaks on the sample detection. At the same time,the experimental results showed that the linearity of nitroimidazoles in a certain concentration range is good,and the correlation coefficient is high. When the addition levels were 0.25μg/kg,0.50μg/kg and 2.5μg/kg,the recovery range and deviation were 70.4% ~ 112.9%,RSD ≤ 14.5%;75.3% ~ 108.8%,RSD ≤ 9.4%;84.3% ~ 104.8%,RSD ≤ 5.4%,respectively,with good applicability.
