摘要
粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)是调控髓系造血特别是中性粒细胞分化发育、增殖及功能活化的重要生长因子,然而随着造血干细胞移植的运用和推广,G-CSF在淋系中的调控作用被逐渐认识。G-CSF主要通过其高度特异性受体GCSFR发挥相应的生物学功能,T、B及NK等淋巴细胞表面G-CSFR可被诱导性表达,然而,G-CSFR的诱导性表达是否执行相应的生物学功能目前尚不明确。因此就G-CSF对免疫细胞的功能调控及G-CSFR在淋巴细胞中表达调控作用的研究做一综述。
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF)is an important growth factor that regulates myeloid hematopoietic,especially neutrophil differentiation,development and functional activation.However,with the use and promotion of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,the regulatory role of G-CSF in the lymphatic system is gradually recognized.G-CSF exerts its corresponding biological function mainly through its highly specific receptor G-CSFR.G-CSFR on the surface of lymphocytes such as T,B and NK can be induced in vitro.However,whether the inducible expression of G-CSFR performed the corresponding biological function is currently unknown.Therefore,the research of G-CSF on immune cell function regulation and G-CSFR expression regulation in lymphocytes.
