摘要
长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)作为一类长度超过200 nt的RNA分子,可从表观遗传学、转录调控、转录后调控等层面上参与到多种生物学过程中。树突状细胞(DC)是目前已知功能最强的抗原呈递细胞,不同阶段的DC在免疫应答中发挥着不同的功能。近年来已有相应研究报道lncRNA可通过影响DC的功能状态,从在DC相关性免疫系统疾病中发挥调控作用。现就对这些lncRNA与DC之间的联系做一综述,为进一步的基础及临床研究提供新的思路。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA),as a RNA molecules with length more than 200 nt,can participate in a variety of biological processes from the perspective of epigenetics,transcriptional regulation,and post-transcriptional regulation etc.Dendritic cells(DC)are currently known as the most powerful antigen-presenting cells.DC at different stages play different functions in the immune response.In recent years,corresponding studies have reported that lncRNA can play a regulatory role in DC-related immune system diseases by affecting the functional status of DCs.This article reviews the relationship between these lncRNAs and dendritic cells,and provides new ideas for further basic and clinical research.
